Shipping Policy
Although we take great pride in our packaging, which is designed to keep products safe on their journey to you, unfortunately accidents can happen. Xman & Co can not be held responsible for any damage caused once your product leaves our warehousing / ownership.
If you receive a product from our courier and there are obvious signs of damage and you think the products inside the package are damaged, do not sign for the item or except delivery. If you notice there is damage to the packaging but are not sure if the products inside are ok, sign for the package and make a note of the packaging damage on the slip/waybill. Shipping companies will not satisfy an insurance claim without the damage noted by the customer on the waybill.

If your product is damaged during shipping and you do not accept delivery, the courier will return the product to us and we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost.
If you accept delivery or did not indicate damage on the slip/waybill, then Xman & Co are entitled to regard the goods as if they were in good condition and not damaged when delivered to you and We cannot be responsible to any damage during shipping in this case.
DELIVERY TIMES:
Every product may carry a slightly different lead time for delivery. Although we will try and get you your order ASAP, our delivery times are a guide only. If we have the item in stock it will be dispatched within 1 business day.

If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

Covid-19 restrictions and delays may occur as this is out of our control.

If you have ordered multiple items then you order will be shipped as one order once all the products are completed and are ready for shipping.

Bulk Orders of 10 items or more may carry longer shipping times.

Return & Exchange Policy
Purchases made at xmanandco.co.za can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. All returned items must be in new, unused, resalable condition and include original packaging and all accessories. Food items must be unopened in original packaging. For Xman & Co products purchased from one of our authorized dealers, their return policy applies so please contact them directly for more information. Xman & Co does not accept returns on items purchased outside of xmanandco.co.za

If the product has been used and is not in new, resalable condition, then the product will not be eligible for return.
After 7 days, non-warranty related exchanges are at the sole discretion of Xman and Co. ​
Please note: If you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by Xman & Co will be deducted from your refund.

Returns / exchanges are processed in 3-5 days after the package arrives at our facility. A refund / exchange will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation by email. For all returns / exchanges the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Unfortunately no returns or exchanges will be allowed on sale items purchased.

Xman and Co reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Xman and Co standards. Should we exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund with no deductions.

You may under certain circumstances cancel your order. You must notify us of your cancelation request within 48hrs of purchase at xmanandco.co.za. If you cancel an order and the goods have already left our facility, you will be liable for the delivery fee.

When choosing a courier to return products, keep in mind that Xman & Co cannot be held liable or responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a courier that can provide tracking and insurance and strongly urge you to repackage the products with care.
