Hi Guys I am Xander Bellingan also called Xman. My daughter (Co) since a young age often joined me around the fire. Our channel is all about the braai and barbecue experience outdoor and indoor cooking whilst having fun. It all about our passion for beautiful proper food.

 

I want to share some of my food experiences and go on a journey with the few that are interested doing so. I love my pizza oven and would like to share all the different ways of cooking and grilling steak to perfection or making a pizza from start to finish.

 

We will be making different dishes in the wood fired pizza oven, on the open fire and also cook on a gas grill.We will have some fun with the smoker too. Mainly we are going to enjoy grilling different steaks and sharing grilling tips and flops of barbecuing over the years. Some videos will be tutorial food making videos and others will be sharing meat cooking and prepping ideas.Don't forget the side dishes that we will practice to make :). We don't promise anything BUT PROMISE TO TRY TO MAKE SALAD :) :). ONE CAN ONLY TRY...

 

Making food has been my passion for as long as I can remember, together with my full time job being a helicopter engineer, I am going to do my utmost best to make sure that we are growing together and closer on this new venture. I am just a normal guy always in the mood to braai / grill a piece of meat and entertain my friends.
